Tander - Martin and Stealth Formula Ford a Success

Anthony Martin showed what he is made of in his first race meet at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

After qualifying third he scooped second position for all three races against tough competition, swapping the lead numerous times with the more experienced Adrian Lazzaro. Martin pulled out all stops when he posted the fastest lap time in race three.

Anthony’s mentor, Garth Tander said "A successful weekend. Our objective for the weekend was to continue to develop the Stealth Formula Ford, as well as give Anthony some experience at Phillip Island, in his first race weekend in a Duratec Formula Ford. So on that basis, to come away with three second places, and to be battling for the lead in all races, we met our objectives and now look forward to developing both our Stealth Formula Ford and Anthony in preparation for next year."
